Order value:	50.00 € minimum order value
Carriage:	9.00 € for packaging and transport within Germany; ex works for destinations outside of Germany
Prices:	All prices excluding VAT (VAT rate at time of delivery applies); EU customers must send us their VAT number – otherwise German VAT must be applied and paid.
Payment:	2 % cash discount if payment is made within 10 days of invoice date, 3 % cash discount for prepayment or debit order, or 30 days net.
First order:	Prepayment or COD required for the first two deliveries of your first order.
Delivery outside of Germany:	All deliveries outside of Germany are subject to prepayment. The buyer must pay all transaction fees.
Reservation of ownership:	We reserve ownership of any goods delivered until final payment is made. Extended reservation of ownership (erweiterter Eigentumsvorbehalt) regulations apply.
Complaints:	Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Return of the goods is subject to our agreement. The buyer must ensure that sufficient return postage is paid. Postage will be reimbursed after inspection; reimbursement is subject to agreement.
Place of jurisdiction:	Place of jurisdiction for both parties shall be Erlangen, Germany.
Validity:	A new price list applies with each new catalogue. Previous price lists are rendered invalid with the publication of a new catalogue. Any changes to these terms must be made in writing and are subject to the agreement of both parties.
